We guide clients through publishing options, timelines, and target audiences, recommending the most suitable routes and platforms for each project.
									This approach draws on a body of research conducted into the marketing and branding strategies of independent publishing houses, with a focus on how they position themselves along the culture vs profit scale. These insights currently inform consultancy work for a non-fiction independent press, where more efficient workflows have been implemented and more cost-effective distributors and printers sourced. We are also involved in the development and refinement of a SaaS tool tailored to the publishing sector, supporting both its creative integrity and operational efficiency.
